The Graduate Development Program is in conjunction with BSNN. The objective is to deploy a cluster of important development programs for New Managers, Graduate Trainees & Supervisors as a foundation for a successful future career in any industry

This 8-week plan for the Graduate Development Program is targeted to accelerate participants’ understanding of the workplace and enhance individual productivity and creativity.  Our overall goal is to build a structured and systematic development program that enable participants build on their academic achievements and gain the necessary experience & skills required for the world of work.

Objectives

qThe overarching objective  of the GDP is to develop and deploy a cluster of important development programs for graduate trainees & supervisors.

qAn investment in capability building for New graduate trainees will translate into building the bench strength and making Growth and  succession planning a reality in organization.

qThis 8 weeks plan/development path is developed for a targeted group of new managers in the workplace, to accelerate their workplace understanding and enhance productivity.

qOverall goal will be to build a structured and systematic training and development program that enable participants build on their academic achievements and gain the necessary experience & skills required for the world of work.

Duration: 8 weeks ( 1 day per week)  |    Time: 9am to 4pm

Fees: N250,000 per Participant covering Full Course Materials, Refreshment & Certificate of Completion
